In response to the federal government's National Health Plan, LiveWell Medical Clinic is committed to providing exceptional primary care for the community to access health services while they undergo self-isolation or quarantine, and reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 for vulnerable people.

How to Telehealth

If you are a new patient to LiveWell Medical Clinic, then complete the Patient Registration Form before the Telehealth

Am I eligible for Bulk Billed?

As per the Department of Health's Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC), telehealth services will be available to the following vulnerable people in the community:

  • people who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 virus
  • people self-isolating themselves at home for COVID-19, in accordance with home isolation guidance issued by the AHPPC
  • people who meet the current national triage protocol criteria for suspected COVID-19 infection
  • people who been seen by any of our doctors at the practice in the past 12 months and are considered more susceptible to the COVID-19
  • people aged over 70
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged over 50
  • people with chronic health conditions or who are immunocompromised
  • parents with new babies under 12 months, and people who are pregnant

If a patient does NOT meet the above criteria, you can still receive telehealth medical appointment by contacting the Truganina Practice on 9394 1233 or make an Online Booking and select Telehealth as appointment type.
This won't be covered under Medicare and a private consult fee will be charged. Call to confirm pricing.
